Our website is open 24/7 for online shopping.

Smaller packages, including accessories and Brompton bikes typically take 3 – 5 business days to ship. Some orders may take up to 7 business days. Large bicycles from Azor, Bakfiets, Gazelle, and Pashley can take 1 - 3 weeks to ship

For bike pick-up:

For test rides:

Please note that bikes are not reserved with a test ride. Reservations are only held with a purchase or deposit.

Can I get my bike serviced/repaired?

Yes, continue to service bikes we sold, but by appointment only.

Are you renting bikes?

No. Not this year.

Are you opening another location?

We have decided to postpone our new store location opening, but we will continue to operate normally online and by appointment from our current location for bicycle sales.
